In the help for serial-44 service the following can be found:
To create a trigger for each claimed issue, choose Yes. You can use the Triggers List to easily call up each claimed issue. In the Triggers List, highlight a line, and click Select to move to the relevant record. When you go back to the Triggers List, the record you selected will still be highlighted.
