    Question

Placing an ACQ request which is responded with message “A match was found” leads to a link to a wrong title.

Cataloged title (already in the database): Eduard von der Heydt
Title in acq request: Leben und Werk des Freiherrn Eduard von der Heydt

Request was added to title „Eduard von der Heydt“. Why?

    Answer

This is according to check of duplicate records in table xxx50/tab/tab_locate:

    USM01 245## a wti= locate_str_1

Locate_str_1 means that only the two longest words from field 245## are taken into consideration when checking for duplicates.

You may select parameter locate_str_0 (Takes subfield content as is) instead.

    Additional Information

For explanation of different parameters see header of tab_locate.
