AIK: "aik.2.02.tar chksum failed" "install_ora.tar.gz chksum failed"

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20

    Description:
The files I have match what is currently on the FTP server. But the files in question were updated over the weekend. Whereas I downloaded the AIK and started the FTP steps a few days earlier. So whatever the master cksum file is on my server, which I can't seem to figure out, is probably out of date.

Does it seem like it's safe to proceed? Do I need to start over entirely because there were updates in the past few days?

The 2 files in question are:
    aik.2.02.tar chksum failed
    install_ora.tar.gz chksum failed

    Resolution:
From Ex Libris: We've fixed the issue with the download check failure.

We removed the following files: aik.2.02.tar, install_ora.tar.gz, and rerun the download step “Download Aleph software” and then the “Check if Aleph software download successfully completed” step completed successfully.

It looks like at the first time those two files' download was damaged.
