    Question

    In Aleph 22 in some local .ini files the following parameter is missing:
    [UserList]
    FilterType=0

    Must it be enhanced?

    Answer

    The local client files are delivered with standard values. For this specific entry "UserList" it's not necessary to have an explicit entry in the table. Here is the description of this parameter from "Aleph 22 System Librarian's Guide - General"

    [UserList]
    FilterType=0
    FilterType=0 The Users list can be sorted according to one of the following Filter types:
    Name(Filter type)=0
    ID Number=1
    Barcode=2
    The UserList FilterType can also be changed manually using the Sort by option on the Users List in the Circulation client.
