Access to database of scripts

I understand that there is a database of SQL (and other) scripts created by other Aleph 500 customer sites.
We do not have a password to access that site. How do we go about getting one?

The website is: http://tech-admin.exlibris-usa.com/customers/
As described in the Help there, you need to email tech-admin@exlibris-usa.com to get an account.
