Desired Outcome Goal:
Add a new fields to full and link view (display BIB fields 698, 852, and 948)

Procedure:
1. For full view, the fields are added to xxx01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng.
a. Field 698 is commented out. Just delete the ! (first character) in this line:

b. Add these lines for the other 2 fields:
## 852## D LLocation Y E
## 948## D LNote Y E
2. After modifying the table, restart the PC server.
