    Adding a STA field to specific records

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    We need to add a STA field to a set of BIB records where the attached items have sublibrary = ML and collection code = PCC

    Procedure:
    1. Run General Retrieval Form (ret-adm-01), search for sublibrary ML and collection PCC. This produces an output file with item numbers.
    2. Run Retrieve Record Keys (manage-70) with option “ITEM-TO-BIB” to change the item numbers to title system numbers.
    3. Run Global Changes (manage-21) and add the STA field.
