Description:
When records are PRESENT'ed via Z39.50, the site wants to add an 001 field that contains the ALEPH SYS number.

Resolution:
The solution to this is to edit $data_tab/tab_expand and to make sure it contains this line:

Z39_SERVER expand_doc_bib_001

This will automatically add the SYSNO into the bib record's 001 field before sending it.
