Question

How can new report formats be added to the drop down list in “Print catalog records – Columnar format” (print-08)?

Answer

* Add report format and output details to ./xxx01/tab/rep_tab_short.lng
* Note that can be defined up to 6 columns for report format
* Add the report format number (in first column of rep_tab_short.lng) along with descriptive text to the report format section (F03) in ./alephe/pc_b_lng/p-print-08.xml.
* If p-print-08.xml is not present in the directory, copy the p-print-08.xml from the $aleph_root/pc_b_lng to $alephe_root/pc_b_lng
* re-start PC server
