Adding standard text to GUI Circ Patron emails

Description:
We would like to add certain standard text to the email which appears when the staff member clicks on the envelope next to the patron email address in GUI Circulation.

This would be the text: "Check your library account anytime on the library web page ... Fines may be paid at the Circulation Desk or over the phone with a debit or credit card. Thank you."

Resolution:
With regular emails, you can have a Signature file which is appended to the email.

I thought there might be such a file for this system-generated email, but it seem that there is not.

This would be an enhancement request.
