    Description:
    When sending a letter to patron from Circulation GUI client, Global patron record, the sub library address (through tab_sub_library_address.[lng]) is taken only from ADM library level, not from sub-library level (which appears in the patron home library.)

    Resolution:
    v18. rc 1936
    No need for higher versions (already done).
