    Description:
    A user reported the following:
she did a keyword search for "liszt prometheus" which produced no results (i.e. 0 hits). She then clicked on the search history and noticed 2 (!) entries for this search, both of them with 2 hits.
I've tried this several times. Twice, the exact same thing happened, other times the initial keyword search worked and showed the 2 hits. Is this a problem with the keyword index?

    Resolution:
In basic search, we have option for adjacency. User can select to do adjacency search or not.
In your web opac, this option is removed. So if you do keyword search with adjacency=Y, you gets no hit. The 2 hits you talked about in history is in permute: adjacency=N.

So you have to either add the adjacency option back or to set a hidden value of N or Y consistently.
