    Description:
We are considering creating a new library (abc04) in order to hold the bibliographic records for equipment with the thought that it may someday go away if we find a better way of handling booking for them. We want to be able to also book this material for patron use.

At the same time we are also looking at being able to book videos and reserve materials in the existing abc01 library.

Would it be better to create a new ADM (abc54) along with the new bib. library? or would it be better to just create the new bib. library? Will booking work with materials in two different libraries?

    Resolution:
I think it would be better to have the abc04 library use abc50 as its ADM library.

Though creating a separate library (abc54) would probably work, this is less common and there are more question-marks....

We already have an example of how the abc50 library can be successfully shared by two different libraries for circulation purposes -- since that's what the abc01 and abc30 are doing.
