    After copying z66/z67 from Production to Test staff logins do not work on Test

    Problem Symptoms:
    After copying Staff Privileges from Production to Test (file-03) ("Export Database Tables") / file-04 ("Import Database Tables"), Staff logins do not work on Test.

    Cause:
    Six defective records at beginning of Production z66.

    Resolution:
    1. Use SQL to delete first six z66 (Password Information) records (50ACQ, 50CAT, 50CIRC, 51CAT, 51CIRC, and 52CIRC) -- all unneeded USM50 records-- on Prod.

    2. Re-run file-03 and file-04.

    The defective z66 records look like this in util f/4: 02 z66_rec_key \ 03 user_name ................50ACQ 02 z66_user_library ........... USM 02 z66_user_password ..........5 0 X6VQ4
