    After oclc load, can't see previous Catalogers

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    After loading record from OCLC, the list of the record's catalogers only displays the OCLC transfer and none of the previous catalogers.

    Procedure:
    1. Add the following line to the corresponding entry of ./xxx01/tab/tab_merge_overlay:

    05 2 Y CAT

    2. Restart the OCLC server (util w/3/7/3)

    Category: Cataloging (500)

    Subject: Create / Edit records (500)
