Description:
After running p_manage_102/p_manage_02 the ACC headings index has lost authority enrichment, that is, there are no links to the authority records.

Resolution:
The abc01_p_manage_02.00010 log shows that you specified:

setenv p_delete_flag "1"

As described in section 2.3 of "How To Run Index Jobs":

If p_manage_02 is preceded by p_manage_102, then you should run p_manage_02 with:

* "Procedure to run" = Update ("0")
* "Insert -CHK- in New Headings" submission parameter set to "N"
...

To correct this, you need to rerun p_manage_102, p_manage_02, etc.

{The alternative would be to do a "complete" run of ue_08 [specifying Re-check all headings (as if they were new) (N)], but with 2 million bib records, this would take a week or more.}
