    1. Additional Information
    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 22

    Problem Symptoms:
    After going to Aleph version 22,

    1. In the Acquisitions GUI Order List, when an order is selected, the error message "Order does not exist for this record" occurs.

    2. util f/4 for the xxx50 z68 (order) table shows the following:

    Oracle error: fetch z68
    ORA-01007: variable not in select list

    Cause:
    The Upgrade Express step which was supposed to add the Z68_UPD_TIME_STAMP column to the z68 table was not run for this library, or failed.

    Resolution:
    Using the util_upgrade menu:

    3. Upgrade Express --> 2. Run a specific step

    Run/rerun the step which was supposed to add the column.

    Additional Information

    Comparing the ./alephm/source/copy/Z68 file (which shows what columns should exist in the table) to the "s+ xxx50" "desc z68" (which shows the columns which actually exist), it is seen that the z68 lacks the Z68_UPD_TIME_STAMP column which should have been added by Upgrade Express.
