Problem Symptoms:
Implementation notes of rep change 2036 states
?€œDefine the preference order of items in the ./<ADM library>/tab/tab_req_preferred table?€?

- Table tab_req_preferred table is not located in ./xxx50/tab or in ./usm50/tab.

Cause:
tab_req_preferred is not included in ./xxx50/tab/

Resolution:
1. Create empty table ./xxx50/tab/tab_req_preferred
2. Run util h/2 Synchronize Library File Headers for xxx50 to integrate the header from $aleph_root/headers/libnn/tab/tab_req_preferred into ./xxx50/tab/tab_req_preferred
3. Adapt the table tab_req_preferred
4. Restart Aleph servers to activate the change
