    Description:
Problem Description: The open URL is using the 752 $a (752 - Added Entry - Hierarchical Place Name) as the author’s last name when no 1XX exists in the bibliographic record.

Actual Results: The entire 752 $b is passed in the URL as &aulast=United%20States, but the 752 isn’t related to the author

Expected Results: If the bibliographic record doesn’t have an author name then nothing is passed in aulast or aufirst

    Resolution:
    Fixed in v.21 rc. 92

If a BIB record does not have a 1XX fiels, Aleph takes any 7XX field as author data for creating the link to SFX (link parameters "aulast" and "aufirst"), except field 710 which is used for the "aucorp" parameter. However, 7XX fields other than 700 (such as 752) contain non-author data. As a result, the "aulast" parameter in the link to SFX contains incorrerct data.
