Problem Symptoms:
* Aleph times out trying to bring up a particular item for a title with thousands of items in GUI Circulation.
* when it doesn't time out, it takes staff many minutes to look through the Items List for the particular item.

Cause:
Lack of a filter for items in Circulation.

Resolution:
See attached workaround.

Added information
The problem was solved in version 21 Cataloging by adding a filter, but there is no filter in Circulation.
