    What Oracle version is used by which Aleph version?

    Answer

    Each version of Aleph requires a specific version of Oracle.

    Aleph version certified Oracle Version Remark
    Aleph 18 and 19 10.2  
    Aleph 20 11.1.0.7  
    Aleph 21 11.2.0.3* * upgrade to Oracle patch 11.2.0.4 is tested and certified
    Aleph 22 11.2.0.4**  ** also known as "Oracle 11r2" (Oracle 11, release 2)

    Aleph 23 12c and 19c *** *** standard: Oracle 12c
    starting with Aleph 23.3 the use of Oracle 12.2.0.3 (Oracle 19c) is certified. 

    Customers of version 23 can continue to use Oracle 12c. Upgrades to Oracle 19c are only upon request as a paid service.

    Aleph 24 19c  

    We encourage customers running an older Oracle version to upgrade to the latest Aleph version including Oracle 19c.
