Desired Outcome Goal:
Avoid hold requests in OPAC for a specific item status

Procedure:
For a specific item status, avoid creation of a hold request by setting "N" in xxx50/tab/tab15.lng column 8:
! COL 8. 1; ALPHA {Y,N,C,T,R,U}, UPPER; ;
! Hold request;
! N - item cannot be requested

Please note that this is then valid for OPAC and GUI.
However, in the GUI it is possible to avoid the accompanying message.
