    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 22, 23

    Problem Symptoms:

Headings are not getting updated in bibliographic library and ue_08 log files states:

    No connection - sleeping... (1)

    The message is repeated constantly.

    Cause:
    Configuration

    Resolution:

There are libraries defined in ./xxx01/tab/tab_aut which are not in $ALEPH_LIBS and/or because there are libraries defined in $alephe_tab/tab_library_group which are not in $ALEPH_LIBS.
Therefore, via tab_aut the system is looking for libraries when a heading is updated. If it does not find them defined on the server, it reports an error.

In short, you should not have libraries in any of the above tables which do not exist in $ALEPH_LIBS.
