Batch jobs fail with "invalid username/password; logon denied" message

Description:
We have used util y/8 to change the passwords for all of our Oracle users. This works fine for all of the Oracle users except aleph_admin. When we change the aleph_admin password and then try running a GUI service, we get the following errors:
Enter user-name: ERROR:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Enter user-name: SP2-0306: Invalid option.
