Problem Symptoms:
I find (util c/1) that the abc01 batch queue is not running. I did util c/2 to start it, but util c/1 shows that it did not start.

Cause:
Process hanging

Resolution:
Do:

> ps -ef | grep lib_batch | grep ABC01

to confirm that it is not running.

If not, there might be a problem caused by problematic files in $data_files-directory of library ABC01.

To solve this do this:
>>dlib abc01
>>df1
>>mv que_batch que_batch.old
>>mv lib_batch_log lib_batch_log.old
>>mv batch_log batch_log.old
>>touch que_batch
>>touch batch_log
>>touch lib_batch_log

Then util c/2 should start it OK.
