Blanking out the month in GUI month dropdown

Description:
I want to delete the "To" date in one of the lines on the GUI Circ Loan "Open Dates" screen. I can delete the year but find that there is nothing I can do ("delete" key or space bar) to blank out the month.

Resolution:
One of the choices in the month dropdown is blank. The same is true of the month dropdown elsewhere in the GUI.
