Description:
I received the error “General Invoice Blackwell/2 failed to be created” for Bulk Arrival, with this scenario:

1. Order Search tab / Bulk Arrival node
2. Select an order (sublibrary ULINC has a few non-arrived “Sent” orders)
3. Activate the “Arrive” button
4. Select the “Create Invoice” option
5. The “Arrival” record was successfully created, but the system alerted that: “General Invoice Blackwell/2 failed to be created”.

The pc_server log showed this error:

ACTION : ARRIVE

Oracle error: io_z77_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (USM50.Z77_ID) violated

Resolution:
Update the Util/G 2 Counter for last-invoice-no; create a unique new sequential numbering for the invoice.
