CRTL hot keys sometimes not working in Cataloging client

Problem Symptoms:
Hot keys CTRL+C, CTRL+V are sometimes not working in the Cataloging client when copying text from one record to another.

Cause:
System

Resolution:
The problem occurs because the GUI is busy refreshing the left-hand tree when copying from one record to another. Nothing can be done to change this behavior. Try the copy again after the refresh is done.
