Can't Access Holdings Records; Tree Has "No records available".

Description:
Even though UTIL-F-3-12 shows that ABC01 BIB record 000000501 is linked to HOL record ABC60 000000506, we are unable to bring up this Holdings record (or any Holdings records) via the BIB records in GUI Cataloging:
When we do Edit -- Select HOL record, the HOL 506 does not display (only the "Create" option displays).
And, even though the record selected is a BIB record and "Library: ABC01 ..." shows at the top of the screen, the top node of the tree in the lower left-hand frame is "ABC50". (It should, of course, be "ABC01"). And the ABC60 library (underneath ABC50 in the tree) has "No records available".

Resolution:
The ./abc01/tab/tab100 had:
DOC-TYPE-BIB=N and
DOC-TYPE-ADM=Y

Changing this to:
DOC-TYPE-BIB=Y and
DOC-TYPE-ADM=N

and restarting the pc_server corrected the problem.
