Description:
When we add or update an 852 field to our abc60 in GUI Cataloging, we find that the subfield column is always blank: it will not let us enter any value into this column.

Resolution:
Column 4 of the 852 line in the ./abc60/pc_tab/catalog/codes.eng had "Y" ("tag cannot have subfields").

This needed to be changed to "N" ("tag can have subfields"). (And then util m/7 run to recreate the pc_cat.pck.)
