    Description:
After recovering from a disk problem with our database, we are unable to log-in to the OPAC and get the following messages in the www_server log:

    Oracle error: io_z63_write
    ORA-08103: object no longer exists

    WRITE ERROR Q5UUL1AQ6IKQ3JFXNMEEK362H5N7C1SC8BMDCERFXPTUNAGCYM

    and

    Oracle error: update_cursor z63
    ORA-01410: invalid ROWID

    Resolution:
Since the z63 is a temporary table, I decided to drop/recreate it. Thinking that there might be similar problems with other vir01 tables, I ran clear_vir01 to drop/recreate *all* of the vir01 tables. After which, the above messages no longer appeared and we could log in OK.
