    Description:
When you connect to the server (ssh ...) it seems you have connected OK, but dlib does not work (as it normally does). (You get "command not found".) And an examination of the lines following the ssh shows a "Can't make pipe" line.

    Resolution:
It *seems* that this message occurred because the Oracle startup was not yet complete when the ssh was performed.

Reconnecting a few minutes later was successful (and the dlib could be performed).

Note: The dlib can also fail if the server requires an "su" command in order to get to the correct user, such as, "su - aleph".
