    Can't perform Title Request: Exceeded limit on Title Requests"

    Description:
    On my test version 18 system when trying to place a Title Request either through the GUI or via Webpac I get an error message; "Can't perform Title Request: Exceeded limit on Title Requests". This is even when the patron has no requests placed. If I need to configure a limit for Title Requests where would I do this?

    Resolution:
    There is a new setting in the Global patron record - Title Request Limit. On your record (09121) this was set to 0.

    I changed it to 1 and was able to successfully place a title request.
