    Description:
Can Order Title index handle non-filing indicators? And if yes, how?

    Resolution:
The Order Index definitely seems to be set up to handle non-filing indicators.

    ./butil/b_acq_04_a calls ./acq/update_z79 which calls ./acq/build_z79_fix_non_filing.

build_z79_fix_non_filing reads tab01.<lng> col. 6 (filing indicator) and, it seems, uses this col. 6 value to skip the non-filing characters.

You can see whether it is *actually* doing this by:
    dlib xxx50
    util f z79
    enter start Z79 key (CCCCCTTTTTTTTTTTT...)
TIT THE <there's a space following the "THE">

You may see some cases of initial "THE "s --such as foreign languages where the indicator is not set-- but, in the cases where the indicator is set, the characters should be skipped.
