Description:
In regard to KB 8192-8311, is there any way to avoid ue_08 creating z07 records? Or is the manual removal of z07 records our only option?

Resolution:
In v17-up, the "Create_z07s" option has been removed (since it was felt that ue_08 always needs to write the z07). (This has to do with the addition of ue_01_z0102. When the ue_08 update is coming from a bib record, it *needs* to do the update -- but in the case of authority updates, if it is not your intention to have them change the bib library headings -- because you have loaded, or will load, the corresponding updated bib records as a separate step--, you would not need the bib update, but v17-up doesn't allow for this option....)

Manual removal's the only option.
