Description:
Can the filing routines shown in the (ADM library) tab_filing_call_no header be used in the (bib library) tab_filing ... and vice versa?

For instance, expand_call_no is in tab_filing_call_no but not tab_filing.

Resolution:
Though certain routines may be more relevant to one case or the other, the programs call whatever ./filing program is specified in the tab_filing or tab_filing_call_no line. Thus, expand_call_no can also be used with tab_filing.
