    Description:
    When a Lost transaction is created and a replacement cost is entered in, this replacement value is ignored -- the replacement part of the Lost charges is always zero.

    Resolution:
    The xxx50 tab18.eng type 41 line had "N" in column 4. Changing this to "Y" corrected the problem.
