Cataloger name for BIB records downloaded from the OCLC Connexion client is always "OCLCxfer"
Answer
CATALOGER name set in ./xxx50/tab/tab_loader_def works only with Aleph service Advanced Generic vendor loader (file-90), but not with direct download from the OCLC Connexion client.
