GUI customization - Acquisition Admin

Our library staff asked if it's possible to change the default selected section, under "Administration" tab of Acquisition module, from the first section "Budgets" to any other section. Please instruct whether or not this can be done, and how.

Resolution:
We have not found any way to change the default selected section on this screen.
