Change patron status description

Desired Outcome Goal:
Change the patron status description (-- as seen in the Patron Status dropdown in the GUI Circ Local Patron information, and elsewhere).

Procedure:
1. vi. /xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field.extended.lng

2. Change the description (column 4) in the BOR-STATUS section

3. Restart the PC server
