Description:
We would like to change the default times in the "Booking Hour From" and "Booking Hour To" fields in the Booking Request Form in the Circ module.

Resolution:
The use of today's date for the default Booking Date From/To and the current time for the default Booking Hour From/To is hardcoded in the pc_cir_c0471 program (-- unless the current date is a closed date; in that case the ‘From’ moves to the last open time, and the ‘To’ to the next open time. Same for "Booking Hour".)

(Note:  pc_cir_c0471 calls correct_z37, which calls correct_z37_booking, which calls correct_calendar_for_booking.)
 

Any change would be an enhancement request.
