    Question

Where can the subject of the loan-notice-letter.xsl file used to send out courtesy notices (cir-10) be changed?
The subject of the letter always shows up in the email as “Loan Notice Letter”. How can this be changed?

    Answer

The subject line for an email can be found in the ./xxx50/tab/form_description.eng table.

The text can be changed in the last column , for example:

    !      1                        2  3
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>

    loan-notice-renew-letter          Library Due Date Reminder
