Question
In combining two budgets ("xxxx-OP-2015" and "xxxx-OS-2015") into one ("xxxx-S-2015"), if the old budgets are changed to no longer be annual, what will happen to orders that are not moved to the new budget? Presumably they would remain attached to the old budget, but would there be other effects?

Answer
The fiscal period close programs and other programs which deal with budgets check to see if z76_annual = "Y". If it doesn't, then, even though the budget number includes the year suffix, the budget will not be included in the rollover or any other annual processing.
It may confuse staff somewhat to see the "-2015" suffix to the budget number, but it won't confuse Aleph; there would be no other effects.
