    Description:
We have contracted out our Oracle support to one of our institutions' IT department. They would like to change the password for some Oracle users, specifically SYS and SYSTEM. Do I just need to change these using util y/8? Is there any thing else that needs to be done?

    Resolution:
Yes, you need to change these using util y/8. util y/8 will update *both* Oracle and Aleph with the changed value.

They must *not* do the update with Oracle directly.
