    Question

Is it possible to see, after the Overdue Summary Single Letter (cir-52) service has run, which patrons have not received e-mail? (usually because e-mail address is not present in their user record)

    Answer

To see the errors that occurred during the sending of e-mails, go to the Aleph menu > Print History > E-mail Errors > {date} > {time}.
    From the GUI help:
E-mail Errors lists e-mail attempts that failed for various reasons, such as an invalid e-mail address or invalid e-mail server address. Note that if the e-mail address is valid but does not exist, it is NOT identified by the system as an error.
