Description:
Is it possible to set up our services to have the column identifiers for grids/tables print on each page of the report? For instance, if my p_item_07 produces 25 pages of output, is there a way I can set up the form so that the column headings are printed at the top of each page containing that grid?

Resolution:
This feature is not available.
While, in theory, there is a way to do this (the thead tag), there are 2 problems:
[1] It does not work in current versions of Internet Explorer
[2] The current xsl file structure would require significant rewriting in order to place the thead tag in the correct locations.
