    Converted patrons not showing in GUI Circ

    Problem Symptoms:
    Converted patrons are not showing in GUI Circ: in the Patron List, with "Display Local Patrons Only" unchecked, certain xxx50 patrons don't display.

    Cause:
    z303_user_library value is blank.

    Resolution:
    1. Reconvert the records so that the z303_user_library is xxx50. OR

    2. Use SQL to populate the z303_user_library with your xxx50 ADM library.
