    Question

We've published our entire Aleph catalog using the MARC_XML repository format (for use by Primo). We'd also like to make the data available via the OAI provider. However, publishing the data using the OAI_MARC21_XML/OAI_DC_XML formats will effectively double the size of the Z00P table.

Is there any way to use the existing MARC_XML format records? Or do we need to create what are virtual duplicates?

    Answer

There seems to be no other option than duplicating.
