    Description:
    When we add budget KBTEST1-2006 in Encumber of bib and adm 4857114, order 4857114-1, In the GUI, we get: remote service error: c0528 enc-a 35: "Could not write new budget info "

    and, in the pc_server log:

    SERVICE : C0528
    MODULE : Acquisition Services
    DESCRIPTION: No Description Available
    ACTION : ENC-A
    PROGRAM : pc_acq_c0528
    Oracle error: io_sequence_next
    ORA-02289: sequence does not exist

    Oracle error: io_z601_write
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (CUN50.Z601_ID) violated

    A different site which was getting the "Could not write new budget info" saw the following in the pc_server log:

    Oracle error: io_z601_write
    ORA-01654: unable to extend index ABC50.Z601_ID2 by 512 in tablespace

    Resolution:
    The solution depends on the error you see in the pc_server log.

    For "sequence does not exist", see KB 5149.

    For "unable to extend ... " error, see KB's 3985 and 5854.
