We have just upgraded this server from v18 to v19.

The Course Reading list in our OPAC is missing instructor, author and title information in the brief list.

What do I need to do to get this information to display?

Resolution:
In order for the Instructor (expanded from the z108 record) and the author/title (expanded from the abc01 doc record) to display, there needs to be an expand in the abc30 tab_expand WEB-BRIEF entry to do this. Currently, there is none.

If you intend to use the Course Reserve Union View, you would specify:

WEB-BRIEF expand_doc_merge_union_crs

as the first entry, but I note that you currently do not have any z120/z127 records (which are required for union view). You would need to run p_union_01/p_union_02 and create_z127 in order to get these. This is described in the "Upgrade Express 18.01 to 19.01 User Guide" (section 8.3), and in the "System Librarian's Guide -- Course Reading and Reserves" (section 10.3, "Union View Indexing") and in KB's 16384-3649 and 16384-2929.

[Later, when it still didn't work:]

As described in the System Librarian Guide - Course Reserves, the Union View requires that a base beginning with "U-", such as U-ABC30, be used.

Looking in the http:// URL at the top of the abc30 log-in screen which appears when the user selects Course/Online Reserves, I see: &local_base=ABC30_CURRENT .

And the URL which appears when I do a search has: ... &local_base=abc30_current&l_base=abc30_current ...

If expand_doc_merge_union_crs is specified, this needs, instead, to be a base beginning with "U-", such as, U-ABC30_CURRENT.
